d4446c563d firefox: Fix AArch64 build
* The 'arm.patch' patch doesn't apply anymore.
 * The 'build-arm-libopus.patch' patch isn't required anymore.
 * See the mozilla phabricator link for the added patch.

Additionally, we are now *always* undconditionally applying all patches
to all architectures. That is, unless they have undesirable
side-effects, but those might not be fit for inclusion.

By applying all patches all the time, they'll be removed or replaced
when they stop applying.

chromiumDev: Add the missing clang-format binary
The fix from 1d961a4c6d was unfortunately incomplete. This commit fixes
the second error [0] that occurs later during the build (the Python
script third_party/blink/renderer/bindings/scripts/generate_bindings.py
requires buildtools/linux64/clang-format).

I don't really have the hardware resources nor time to do this properly,

1efaa03d95 firefoxPackages.tor-browser*, tor-browser-bundle: remove
These are all based on firefox versions with known vulnerabilities
exploited in the wild.

We seriously shouldn't ship this in nixpkgs, especially not for
sensitive applications as the Tor Browser.

`tor-browser-bundle` is just a wrapper around
`firefoxPackages.tor-browser`, so let's remove it too.

`tor-browser-bundle-bin` is the much safer bet, which is individually
downloaded from `dist.torproject.org` and just `patchelf`-ed locally to
work on NixOS.

* the platform port was exposed in all-packages

It's now a local attribute in the next package.

* the platform port wasn't wrapped correctly
It appears that the lisp core was being wrapped,
when instead the actual gtk application that's
called within the lisp core had to be wrapped.

6ec5e745dc chromium: fix aarch64 build
The skia patch no longer applies, and is no longer necessary.

The current version of chromium doesn't build with gcc. This has been
fixed upstream[1] and could be backported, but switching aarch64 to
clang/llvm and making the build the same on all platforms is simpler.

13e3b03d1b chromium: restore versionRange utility
This partially reverts commit
f45798e544.

cc @ivan I'd like to have that left in, because it's very useful for
gcc compiles, when necessary patches often span multiple releases,
i.e. for aarch64 builds

Disable jumbo mode because upstream dropped support for it.
(See chromium-dev "We're removing support for the jumbo build")

This makes builds take about 3x as long, but we have no alternative.

bdb851ee2d pantheon: use latest vala
elementary OS's ecosystem is curated around Ubuntu's LTS releases.
This means the development platform for their curated applications
always includes a LTS version of vala (in 18.04 it's 0.40).
Because of how vala development works it suspect some of these
applications to have serious issues if complied with the latest vala.
However in the past year or so, for Pantheon at least, I don't think
their applications will have much issues with latest vala, and if there
is I don't think they'd be difficult to fix. In this single regard they've
become more responsive since their preferred language is vala.

As for the curated applications I have less of this confidence in.
So I'd have to be accept less applications, but that's something
I'm willing to compromise on. And this is easily reversible or
could be done on a per-application basis. And nix already makes
this trivial.
