I haven't been doing any maintenance for a long time now and not only
do I get notified, it also creates a fake impression that all these
packages had at least one maintainer when in practice they had none.

Modifying mkDictFromWordlist to allow for different src and destination
file names
This adds LANG aliases for each dictionary. This makes things a little
easier and expected. For instance, you get an error message from
hunspell like:
Can't open affix or dictionary files for dictionary named "en_US".
and you can resolve it by running
nix-env -iA nixpkgs.hunspellDicts.en_US
Some packages like `ibus-engines.typing-booster` require the dictionary
`fr_FR.dic` to provide proper support for the french language.
Until now the hunspell package set of nixpkgs didn't provide this
dictionary. It has been recommended to use `fr-moderne` as base and link
`fr_FR.dic` from it as done by other distros such as ArchLinux.

LibreOffice has a comprehensive collection of Hunspell dictionaries.
`mkDictFromLibreOffice` helper is introduced to make it easy to add new
dictionaries from this repository. `license` is parametrized because
each dictionary has its own license.
* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute
A lot of packages are needlessly quoting the homepage meta attribute
(about 1400, 22%), this commit refactors all of those instances.

This reverts commit cf4f91f1a2, which
removed all of the spanish dictionaries. These dictionaries were
previously part of the “Red IRIS” project, but they are now part of the
“Recursos Linguísticos Abiertos del Español” project.
Additionally, this cleans up the implementation of all the Hunspell
dictionaries, since the supposedly internal `mkDict` function was either
overspecialized or overgeneralized. Now we don't try to abstract beyond
what makes sense to be abstracted.
mkDict doesn't easily adapt to dictionaries that have multiple source
files but no readme, so I did not use it. Having a "generic" function
that then has per-language quirks is a bad abstraction.
A small utility function that copies a given file to hunspell's and
myspell's dirs and a separate one that copies a given readme file would
be more useful.
