4a7f99d55d treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;
Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938

meta = with stdenv.lib;

is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.

This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

The script in its current form is available at
https://cs.tvl.fyi/depot@2f807d7f141068d2d60676a89213eaa5353ca6e0/-/blob/users/Profpatsch/nixpkgs-rewriter/default.nix

95eabdfd5f xcode/sdk-pkgs.nix: set -platform_version in addition to -miphoneos-version-min
The App Store looks at LC_VERSION_MIN_IPHONEOS to verify you have a
new enough SDK version. This is not just the minimum version, but also
the sdk version used. When the linker can’t figure it out, it tries to
infer it from the sdk path[1]. When no sdk version is found, it
defaults to just using the -miphoneos-version-min value[2]. So, to make
sure we don’t rely on inference (which doesn’t work in the current
directory structure), we have to specify -platform_version.

e686bd2771 xcode: default to 8.2
There is some weird issue with 9.4 that needs to be resolved. 8.2 is
used by iOS anyway so that makes it easier.

3da395fd96 xcode: add 9.4 sdk
This is the newest sdk. I have skipped 9.3 for now but someone can
certainly add it if they need it for some reason.

Also I added a generic "xcode" that will always point to the newest
xcode that is available in Nixpkgs.

* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute

xcode: Update to new version 5.1.
This version just got released two days ago, while we were working for
cross-builds on 5.0.2. From the release notes it shouldn't introduce any
incompatibilities.

xcode: Drop use of weak_import on enumerators.
GCC doesn't support attributes on enumerators, which could pose a
problem but fortunately not in this case. Here a
__attribute__((weak_import)) is used, which doesn't make much sense for
enumerators anyway (noone will die because the corresponding enumerator
won't be referenced either in older OS X versions).

xcode: Provide the commandline toolchain as well.
This toolchain contains Mach-O binaries and might not be useful in the

release the source code, so we need a Mach-O loader...

Add new package for Apple's XCode.
This package provides the SDK and standard library needed for
cross-compiling to Mac US X. We're using xpwn here to extract the DMG.

Also, this version (XCode 5.0.2) only contains the SDKs for version 10.9
and 10.8, so we might need to add requireFile directives for older
versions as well.
