Although the system now knows whether the bathroom light is on, it switches the switch every time the light should be turned off regardless of if it's already off. Because this is a device running on battery that performs a physical movement this runs the battery out very fast. Adjust the system to only switch the light off if it thinks it's on, even though this has the potential for desyncs.
Unsure why this host is using systemd-networkd, but leave that unchanged
and have NixOS know about it to prevent a warning about loss of
connectivity on build.

The update from 23.11 to 24.05 brought a new folding@home version that
doesn't work. It doesn't work by default and there is 0 documentation on
writing xml configs manually, and even the web UI redirects to a
nonsense public website now. Unfortunately this means I'm going to let
this box idle rather than doing useful work, for now at least.
The extremely modern hardware on this server appears to experience
kernel crashes with the default NixOS 23.11 kernel 6.1 and the default
NixOS 24.05 kernel 6.6. Empirical testing shows the server staying up on
Ubuntu 22's 6.2 and explicit NixOS kernel 6.8.
The server was wiped during this testing so now needs reimaging.
Also pin patch version of Gitea actions. This should treat each future
update as an update rather than a relock which should show the changelog
in the PR.
