Paper template for the [Journal of Systems Research (Jsys)](http://jsysr.org/), written for submissions to
JSys by [Vijay Chidambaram](https://www.cs.utexas.edu/~vijay/) and [Romain Jacob](https://www.romainjacob.net/).
