Method to identify injured segments to repair (#398)
* creates checker

* tests offline nodes

* test id injured segs:

* Adds healthy pieces to injured segment struct

* changes inequality

* creates common files

* adds checker benchmarking

* creates more common files

* Replaces pointedb direct db with api call to a new iterate method on pointerdb

* move monkit

* removes identifyrequest proto

* remove healthypieces

* adds benchmarking

creates common file for datarepair

* recreates proto file

* api key on ctx
