* set to only listen on 127.0.0.1, move static files to same location, better template handling

* handle error

* fix path in storj-sim

* revert template handling changes

* code shouldn't panic on invalid tempalte

* do not rewrite once writing has started

* write correct error code

* use filepath for path handling

* fix mod tidy
