Jeremy Wharton b95ef36541 satellite/payments/stripecoinpayments: add ctx to Stripe method calls ... This commit ensures that all invocations of Stripe library methods include a context. This allows us to control the timeout and cancellation of the underlying HTTP requests made by the Stripe library.
