Márton Elek ac6bb1e187 storage: experimental flag to turn off file sync ... Full file sync before saving files to piecestore seems to be very expensive. Bwfore we do any step to eliminate them we are planning to do more measurement which requires a temporary flag to turn it off. (not for production).
