Ivan Fraixedes 2a8e5aecfd satellite/admin/back-office/ui: Don't ignore package-lock.json ... When the new back office UI sources where copied from former repository I didn't realize that the .gitignore had the package-lock.json file. This commit remove the package-lock.json file, so it can be tracked, in order to have reproducible builds. The lack of the file caused the build to fail due to `npm ci` requires it.
