Michal Niewrzal 51ba901737 satellite/metainfo: (Get|Download)Object returns MethodNotAllowed on delete marker 
For S3 compatibility we should not allow returning pure delete
marker object. If metabase returns delete marker metainfo will
return MethodNotAllowed rpc status.
