Identity fixes+: (#270)
* identity fixes+:

+ fix `peertls.NewCert` public key issue
+ fix `peertls.verfiyChain` issue
+ fix identity dial option
+ rename `GenerateCA` to `NewCA` and `generateCAWorker` to `newCAWorker` for better consistency/convention
