Kaloyan Raev edfd3d7661 satellite/payments: delete credits and credits_spendings db tables

This the last step of dropping these 2 db tables. It also deletes all
code associate with them.

Satellite

Documentation for developing and building the satellite service

Usage:

First make an identity:

go install storj.io/storj/cmd/satellite
satellite setup

You can edit ~/.storj/satellite/config.yaml to your liking. Then run it!

satellite run
