Ethan 77357f9877 satellite/{accounting,redis}: Use ARGV in redis scripts ... While investigating high memory consumption on a Redis instance, it was found that much of the memory consumed was from cached redis scripts. Redis caches scripts based on the hash of the script itself. This change uses ARGV to reduce the number of cached scripts.
