Cameron Ayer 251e432e5b satellite/satellitedb: drop contained from nodes and reputations
A few months ago we removed all references to the contained
column in nodes and reputations

bb21551a9c
and
56fe636123

But we never did the migration to drop the columns.
This commit will finally do that.
