...
ctx is created in most tests, instead pass in as argument
to reduce code duplication.

satellite/satellitedb/dbx: name the package dbx
...
everyone was importing it as dbx anyway. why should it be
named satellitedb? so yeah just pass the "-p dbx" flag.
