paul cannon	1422a1ff19	cmd/uplink: use 64 MiB for parallel chunk size, not 64 MB ... I don't think it should matter for correctness whether this matches the segment size or not, so I think there is something else wrong. However, making this change seems to eliminate the "corruption when ulimit -n is too low" problem we're seeing right now.
