This partially reverts commit 516241e406.
Endpoints are added to the backend, as there are some customers who may
use these endpoints, even though they are no longer necessary for the
satellite UI.

Each project member invitation returned from our GraphQL API now
contains a field indicating whether the invitation has expired. This is

is dependent on this information.

This change removes the obsolete project member paging code.
Previously, we implemented functionality for including project
invitations in pages of project members. However, the satellite
frontend still expected API responses to use the old paging style, so
the related code could not be removed right away. Now that the frontend
has been updated, this code is no longer necessary.

Even though we want to start charging segment fee instead of object fee,
it's hard for users to understand what a segment is. This PR adds the
object count back in the UI alongside with segment count to help address
the issue.

Added editable fields to the project details page for Storage Limit and Bandwidth limit. Leveraged existing types when possible.
Added fixed checking into the limits to prevent reducing limits beyond current usage, as well as limiting usage to less than the default paid tier maximum.
