Ethan	d5dfeca84d	satellite/payments: Return empty iterator instead of nil from StripeMock List methods ... Some satellites do not have payment configured (ex. Salt Lake, Europe North). In this case the StripeMock is used, which returns nil on invoice and charges List methods.
