With the upcoming versioning changes `BeginObjectExactVersion` makes
only sense for testing. Currently this does not rename the options
struct or move it into `metabasetest`, because it would create a
significant amount of merge/rebase noise.

We stoped returning lots of errors as is to avoid leaking our internals
but some errors were meanigful for client. Example of such error is
"exceeded maximum number of parts". With this change we are wrapping
some important commit object errors with new ErrFailedPrecondition
error to be able to return it easily to uplink.

With pending_objects table support enabled we missed passing correctly
expiration time from pending object to committed object. This change
updates commit query to take into account expiration time.

Currently it wasn't quite clear what was a stub version and an actual
version. Use a PendingVersion constant to make this distinction clear.
Also use PendingVersion = NextVersion = 0, that way it's clearer that
the version hasn't been yet determined. DefaultVersion = 1 might imply
that the object will get that version once commited, however that will
entirely depend on whether use-pending-objects is used or versioning is
enabled or not.

While adding support for pending_objects table one case was missed.
When we are uploading object to location where old objects exists
we are not removing old object segments at all. Old object is
overwritten with new object metadata but segments remains without
corresponding object. This fix removes all existing committed objects
(with it's segments) before committing new object.

With this change we are removing code responsible for deleting objects
and supporting server side copies created with references. In practice
we are restoring delete queries that we had before server side copy
implementation (with small exception, see bellow).
From deletion queries we are also removing parts with segment metadata
as result because we are not longer sending explicit delete requests to
storage nodes.

Change is adjusting CommitObject to use `pending_objects` table to
commit object.
Satellite stream id is used to determine if we need to use
`pending_objects` or `objects` table during commit.
General goal is to support both tables until `objects` table will be
free from pending objects.

Change is adjusting BeginObjectNextVersion to create pending object in
`pending_objects` or `objects` table depends on configuration. This is
first change to move pending objects from objects table.
General goal is to support both tables until `objects` table will be
free from pending objects. Whenever it will be needed code will be
supporting both tables at once.
To be able to decide if we need to use `pending_objects` table or
`objects` table we extend satellite stream id to keep that information
for later use.
BeginObjectExactVersion will be not adjusted because at the moment it's
used only in tests.

The "object not found" included an additional prefix "metabase:", which
broke uplink error message detection.
Ideally, changing an internal error message shouldn't break the uplink.

We have a bug in our behavior while doing API pods deployment. At this
time its possible to have pods with multiple versions flag set true only
partially for some of pods. Because of that it's possible to start new
object without removing existing/older version on BeginObject
(new behavior) and also don't remove that existing/older object on
CommitObject. That can cause to have two committed objects with
different versions and that's a state we want to avoid.
To fix it we are removing multiple versions flag from CommitObject to
always try delete existing objects. This way even if we don't remove
existing object on BeginObject it will be always removed while
committing.

missing deletion from storage nodes. This change adds this part

With this change we are switching methods to begin object, from
BeginObjectExactVersion to BeginObjectNextVersion. Main implication
is that from now it will be possible to have object with version
different than 1. New object will always get first available version.
Main reason to do this it to avoid deleting existing object during
reuploading object. Now we can create multiple pending objects but
only last committed will be available to the user. Any previous
committed object will be deleted.Because of that we moved logic to
delete existing object from BeginObject to CommitoObject request.
New logic is behind feature flat to be able to test it well first
before enablng on production.

We will introduce new logic for creating new objects (BeginObject).
Instead of using single version internally (1) we will be selecting first
available version during object creation. Because we need to be sure
that everything is wired up correctly we need a feature flag to be
able to control if new feature is enabled.

We plan to replace metabase.BeginObjectExactVersion usage in
metainfo.BeginObject with metabase.BeginObjectNextVersion. To make this
switch as simple a possible would be nice to have the same results for
both methods. This change is extending return value for
BeginObjectNextVersion to whole object struct. Tests were also adjusted
to be more like metabase.BeginObjectExactVersion tests.

Create an error class for the "pending object error" for distinguishing
it from other errors for allowing to return it as a "Not Found" DRPC
status code instead an "Internal" status code.
"Internal" errors are logged in the satellite error so this was
polluting the server logs aside of returning an inappropriate status
code.

To resolve problem with lack of ability to set metadata while MPU on
gateway we are adding setting metadata with BeginObject. This
change makes also metadata optional while CommitObject. We need
this functionality to not override metadata set with BeginObject in
case when metadata is not set with CommitObject.
Another reson is that we would like to not set metadata at all if user
didn't specify metadata. At the moment we always setting some bytes
for metadata fields e.g. empty EncryptedMetadata field can have key
and nonce set.

Turns out that S3 protocol is setting object metadata with initial
request, in our case it's BeginObject, so we need to modify metabase
methods to accept metadata at the beginning and at the end.
BeginObject methods will set metadata always (niled or not niled).
One additional improvment for metadata fields was introduced and it's
validating fields as optional if EncryptedMetadata was not set.
This change currently doesn't have any implications and it's a base for
other changes. Metadata is not set with BeginObject metainfo endpoint
yet.

consistency model is more relaxed because part overwrites
won't be atomic if they consist of multiple segments, but at
least this allows overwriting at all.
