Vitalii	e226606ce8	web/satellite: updates for large file upload ... Universal "large file notification" removed. Threshold for user-triggered large file notification is 5gb instead of 1gb. Large file notification appears as "info" instead of "warning". Display large file notification on failed uploads >1gb.
