6834c04539 satellite/metabase: drop pending objects table support
We decided that we won't use seprate table for handling pending
objects. We need to remove related code.

41e16bc398 satellite/metabase: versioning, add new statuses
There are several different object types in a versioned table,
which will determine the exact behaviour.

The object type states are:
* Pending - the object is yet to be committed and is being uploaded.
* Committed - the object has been finished and can be read.
* DeleteMarker - indicates that the object should be treated as not
present when is at the top of the version stack.

There are also versioning states:
* Unversioned - only one unversioned object is allowed per object key.
* Versioned - multiple objects with the same key are allowed.

d91ee440ba satellite/metabase: use constant for pending version
Currently it wasn't quite clear what was a stub version and an actual
version. Use a PendingVersion constant to make this distinction clear.

Also use PendingVersion = NextVersion = 0, that way it's clearer that
the version hasn't been yet determined. DefaultVersion = 1 might imply
that the object will get that version once commited, however that will
entirely depend on whether use-pending-objects is used or versioning is
enabled or not.

16588033fd satellite/metabase: delete bucket deletes also from pending_objects
While deleting bucket we need also to delete pending objects from
pending_objects table.

a5cbec7b3b satellite/metabase: drop bucket deletion code for copy with references
With this change we are removing code responsible to handle deleting
bucket and supporting server side copies created with references. In practice we are restoring delete queries that we had before server side copy implementation (with small exception, see bellow).

From deletion queries we are also removing parts with segment metadata
as result because we are not longer sending explicit delete requests to
storage nodes.

a4d68b9b7e satellite/metabase: server-side copy copies metadata
..instead of using segment_copies and ancestor_stream_id, etc.

This bypasses reference counting entirely, depending on our mark+sweep+
bloomfilter garbage collection strategy to get rid of pieces once they
are no longer part of a segment.

This is only safe to do after we have stopped passing delete requests on
to storage nodes.

6c08d5024e satellite/metainfo: stop sending delete requests to SN
We decided that we will stop sending explicit delete requests to nodes
and we will cleanup deleted with GC instead.

bd8867cd09 satellite: adjust code to handle context cancelation for SQL queries
Our DB support in storj/private was updated to enable basic context
support for executing SQL queries. This change requires some small
adjustments as not all parts were working correctly.

promoted to new ancestor and left in a working state.

1fdb0eaa5b Revert "satellite/metabase: use storj.Nonce instead []byte"
This change introduce problems with server side move so
let's revert it for now. Problem was found when latest
version of storj/storj was used in uplink tests.

This reverts commit 1ef06fae99.

1ef06fae99 satellite/metabase: use storj.Nonce instead []byte
We were using mixed types for nonce fields. Protobuf
have storj.Nonce, metabase have []byte. This change
is a refactoring to have everywere its possible only
storj.Nonce.

260a673327 satellite/metabase: don't delete pieces until query results are received
To optimize memory consumption we where consuming
segment data during processing results from delete
query. Turns out that there is a chance that query will be
rolled-back if something will go wrong while reading
results. In such case its possible to delete pices but
object/segment will be still in DB.
This change removed piece deletion from problematic
place. Pieces are still deleted in batches but are not
limited at the moment. To avoid memory issues object
deletion batch was decreased.

1f353f3231 segment/{metabase,repair}: change segment created_at column to not accept nulls
This change adds a NOT NULL constraint to the created_at column in the segment table.
All occurrences of CreatedAt as a pointer are changed to non pointer version (metabase, segment loop, etc)

be92ff1751 satellite/metabase: fix finishing bucket objects deletion
In case when number of deleted segments in a single
batch was multiplication of opts.DeletePiecesBatchSize it
was possible to finish deletion of objects to early.

1f5fbbd24a satellite/metabase: while deleting bucket objects delete pieces in batches
It's possible that single object will have a lot of segments and
at the moment we are trying to collect all pieces at once and
send to storage nodes information about deletion. Such
approach my lead to using extensive amount of memory. This
change is handling this problem by calling DeletePieces
function multiple times with only part of pieces to delete for
a single call.

267506bb20 satellite/metabase: move package one level higher
metabase has become a central concept and it's more suitable for it to
be directly nested under satellite rather than being part of metainfo.

metainfo is going to be the "endpoint" logic for handling requests.
