Earthly is a build tool, it uses buildkitd to create reproducable and highly cacheable builds.
It is used by a new experimental nightly build to easily create storj-up images. (but can be used for any ad-hoc storj-up cluster to create the images).
To make the nightly more robust, I would prefer to commit the helper files (today I do a rebase every time, but sometimes it fails).

This allows to set `STORJ_TEST_MONKIT` to either
`svg` or `json` to write individual testplanet test
traces to disk.
It also allows to specify an absolute directory:
STORJ_TEST_MONKIT=svg,dir:/abs/dir/path
It requires an absolute path, because from the context of
tests, there's no easy way to find the folder where tests
were called.

Make changes so that we only import the necessary files from the console package so that the generated wasm code is as small as possible.
This change gets the compiled wasm code down to 8.6MB uncompressed and 2MB when compressed with `gzip --best`.

By separating Server it allows Peers to directly embed the server
