this is a very old tool built in the very early days
of v3, when we didn't know how the network would be
used. this tool anticipated being able to query remote
nodes for internal state. we don't do that. i don't
think anyone uses this.

Add new protobuff message to store retain filters before sending them
out to storagenodes.
This allows the retain filters to be generated by a separate command on
a backup of the database.

For object Version in different places we are using different types.
Satellite StreamID is using int32 but metabase accepts int64. Metabase
type is correct one and we should align other places with it.
As a small addition this change is also passing version correctly
between requests instead of using hardcoded value.

The two protobuf types are identical except that one is in our common/pb
package, and the other is in internalpb. Since the type is public
already, and there is no difference in the internal one, it seems better
to use the public one for all satellite needs.
There is also another type which is essentially identical, but which is
not a protobuf type, also called "AuditHistory". It looks like we don't
ever actually need to have a separate type from the protobuf one.
This change makes us use "storj/common/pb".AuditHistory for all of our
AuditHistory needs.

We needed Redundancy insided sat StreamID when uplink was defining RS values. Now it can be removed.

We should be using object naming insted of path.
This is one place where we can easiliy change it.
To regenerate protbuf I had to remove gogo.proto.
Most probably it was confilicting with gogo.proto
from common/pb.

We want to use StreamID/Position to identify injured
segment. As it is hard to alter existing injuredsegments
table we are adding a new table that will replace existing
one. Old table will be dropped later.

We have a use case for this in ListSegments. ListSegments is going to
return the EncryptedETag along with EncryptedKey and EncryptedKeyNonce.
It also must return the EncryptionParameters.
Since the EncryptionParameters are in the objects DB table, it would be
more efficient for ListSegment to avoid querying that DB table, but take
it from the SatStreamID.

Non-multipart uplink implementation is always trying to download object
by downloading last segment first (PartNumber=0, Index=-1) but this
approach won't work with multipart object. We need to reject such old
style request with reasonable message.

Avoid using project uuid string representation, because
it uses more bandwidth.
This reduces the encrypted metadata size from 118 -> 97 bytes.

We have some types that are only valid for satellite usage. Such types
are SatStreamID and SatSegmentID. This change moves those types to
storj/storj and adds basic infrastructure for generating code.
