Lluís Batlle i Rossell dae3eb2383 Merging from trunk.
I resolved two conflicts:
- cmake (trunk fixes + stdenv-updates cross-compiling)
- all-packages (trunk gcc-wrapper2 + stdenv-updates gcc44)
