Martin Weinelt d942d4473d neovim, neovimUtils, neovim-qt: drop python2 support

neovim build. I really think it is time to let go of python2 support in
neovim.

Neovim is a project that seeks to aggressively refactor Vim in order to:
- Simplify maintenance and encourage contributions
- Split the work between multiple developers
- Enable the implementation of new/modern user interfaces without any
