gnome3.gnome-screensaver: remove
It has been abandoned for ages and we only reintroduced it for GNOME Flashback.

Since Flashback now has its own lock screen manager [1], we can finally drop this.

libcroco: remove as it's no longer used
librsvg and gnome-shell was the only derivations needing libcroco. Both
of them have now dropped it as a dependency, so we can stop carrying it.

gegl_0_4: 0.4.16 → 0.4.18
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gegl/blob/GEGL_0_4_18/docs/NEWS.txt#L1-123

Ported to Meson, which means ton of extra dependencies used by default.
Though the closure size effect appears to be minimal: 88.9M → 92.9M

Also drop GTK dependency, since it is not needed any more (was it ever?)

gnome3.glib-networking: replace with alias
Since we moved gsettings-desktop-schemas to top-level, gnome3.glib-networking was the same as glib-networking.
We could try to make the top-level variant not depend on gsettings-desktop-schemas again but that is probably
pointless, as the dependency is rather small compared to things like libproxy. Instead, we will just drop
the package in gnome3 attr set and always rely on the top-level expression.

fca8d35531 nixos/gnome3: split up
This introduces the following options under the services.gnome3 namespace:

* core-os-services.enable
* core-shell.enable
* core-utilities.enable
* games.enable

The first three are all default enabled by gnome3.enable
and their purpose is to make gnome3 more flexable for users
usecases. In the case of core-utilities and games, it allows
users to easily switch on the default gnome3 applications
and games packages. Previously we had lists in gnome-3/default.nix
but they weren't visible to the user. By having options we have
generated documentation and an interface.

gnome3.gnome-system-log: remove, broken and obsolete (#53768)
It doesn't run, and it has been supplanted by `gnome-logs`:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/46

If it actually worked it would be fine to keep, but I don't consider it worth it
to fix.
