The isKexecable flag treated Linux without kexec as just a normal
variant, when it really should be treated as a special case incurring
complexity debt to support.
The following parameters are now available:
* hardeningDisable
To disable specific hardening flags
* hardeningEnable
To enable specific hardening flags
Only the cc-wrapper supports this right now, but these may be reused by
other wrappers, builders or setup hooks.
cc-wrapper supports the following flags:
* fortify
* stackprotector
* pie (disabled by default)
* pic
* strictoverflow
* format
* relro
* bindnow
This will probably be mandatory soon, and is a step in the right
direction. Removes the deprecated meta.version, and move some meta
sections to the end of the file where I should have put them in
the first place.
