c23032a8b1 docker: update service units from upstream
All the new options in detail:

Enable docker in multi-user.target make container created with restart=always
to start. We still want socket activation as it decouples dependencies between
the existing of /var/run/docker.sock and the docker daemon. This means that
services can rely on the availability of this socket. Fixes #11478 #21303

  wantedBy = ["multi-user.target"];

This allows us to remove the postStart hack, as docker reports on its own when
it is ready.

  Type=notify

The following will set unset some limits because overhead in kernel's ressource
accounting was observed. Note that these limit only apply to containerd.
Containers will have their own limit set.

  LimitNPROC=infinity
  LimitCORE=infinity
  TasksMax=infinity

Upgrades may require schema migrations. This can delay the startup of dockerd.

  TimeoutStartSec=0

Allows docker to create its own cgroup subhierarchy to apply ressource limits on
containers.

  Delegate=true

When dockerd is killed, container should be not affected to allow
`live restore` to work.

  KillMode=process

fca51849ec nixos/lighttpd: add services.lighttpd.enableModules option
This option makes the coupling between lighttpd and its sub-services
more "loose".

While the option is a list, its purpose is to provide a "set" of needed
modules to load for lighttpd to function correctly with its config. The
NixOS lighttpd module ensures that lighttpd modules are loaded no more
than once (because lighttpd dislikes that), and in the correct order.

Also add an assertion that all modules listed in .enableModules are
valid.

67a5ec4efb nixos/lighttpd: fix modules for gitweb
Setting "services.lighttpd.gitweb.enable" to true doesn't enable the
required lighttpd modules to actually make it work. The problem is that
"or" and "||" don't mean the same thing: "or" falls back to the second
operand if the first is not defined, whereas "||" is the normal logical
operator. When cfg.cgit.enable is defined, as false, the expressions
don't have the desired effect.

29027fd1e1 Rewrite ‘with pkgs.lib’ -> ‘with lib’
Using pkgs.lib on the spine of module evaluation is problematic
because the pkgs argument depends on the result of module
evaluation. To prevent an infinite recursion, pkgs and some of the
modules are evaluated twice, which is inefficient. Using ‘with lib’
prevents this problem.
