He prefers to contribute to his own nixpkgs fork triton.
Since he is still marked as maintainer in many packages
this leaves the wrong impression he still maintains those.
Python is only used for one test, which is optional and is skipped if
Python is not detected. Additionally, Python 2 is required (Python 3
does not work), so remove the dependency to reduce the closure size for
a Python 3 as default Python future.
Additionally, update the meta.homepage and src to point at GitHub, which
is the libevent project home since 2015-10-07.
libevhtp: 1.2.10 -> 1.2.11
Package for certificate-transparency
This adds openssl support to libevent. Libevent can be compiled without
openssl, in which case it just doesn't build the libevent_openssl
library. However it seems simpler just to default to including openssl
support.
This bumps evhtp's version because 1.2.11 provides pkg-config
information which makes building certificate-transparency easier.
This has been tested with `doCheck = true;`.

Remove repeated package names, capitalize first word, remove trailing
periods and move overlong descriptions to longDescription.
I also simplified some descriptions as well, when they were particularly
long or technical, often based on Arch Linux' package descriptions.
I've tried to stay away from generated expressions (and I think I
succeeded).
Some specifics worth mentioning:
* cron, has "Vixie Cron" in its description. The "Vixie" part is not
mentioned anywhere else. I kept it in a parenthesis at the end of the
description.
* ctags description started with "Exuberant Ctags ...", and the
"exuberant" part is not mentioned elsewhere. Kept it in a parenthesis
at the end of description.
* nix has the description "The Nix Deployment System". Since that
doesn't really say much what it is/does (especially after removing
the package name!), I changed that to "Powerful package manager that
makes package management reliable and reproducible" (borrowed from
nixos.org).
* Tons of "GNU Foo, Foo is a [the important bits]" descriptions
is changed to just [the important bits]. If the package name doesn't
contain GNU I don't think it's needed to say it in the description
either.
URLs to http://nix.cs.uu.nl/dist/tarballs. With content-addressable
mirror support (r9190, NIXPKGS-70) this is no longer necessary:
fetchurl will try to download from that location automatically. So
we can keep the original URLs.
