This also changes the owner of the GitHub repository, because the
repository has moved to a different organisation. The old GitHub page
redirects to the new location.
This reorganises the whole derivation because upstream switched from GTK
(optional) to Qt (required) and now uses CMake instead of SCons as build
system.

fceux needs lua 5.1; 5.2 seems to have introduced breaking API changes.
I removed the SYSTEM_LUA argument because we do want to build with the
system-provided lua, not the lua bundled in the fceux tarball.
