1451a52a38 Remove myself (fuuzetsu) from maintainer lists
I haven't been doing any maintenance for a long time now and not only
do I get notified, it also creates a fake impression that all these
packages had at least one maintainer when in practice they had none.

7d38a6281e pyprof2calltree: move to python-packages
pyprof2calltree is hard-coded to pythonPackages and fails for Python 3 profile results. See #66511.
Since it can also be used as a library it makes sense to move it into pythonPackages.

69be72a64a desktop-files-utils: add setupHook to remove mimeinfo.cache
Post-Installation scripts are running `update-desktop-database -q`
creating these files which obviously results in a lot of collisions.

Much better solution than eventually noticing their existence and
removing them in postInstall.

d7bddc27b2 treewide: Try to avoid depending on binutils directly
One should depend on

 - `stdenv.cc.bintools`: for executables at build time
 - `libbfd` or `libiberty`: for those libraries
 - `targetPackages.cc.bintools`: for exectuables at *run* time
 - `binutils`: only for specifically GNU Binutils's executables, regardless of
the host platform, at run time.

70d91badf5 treewide: Depend on stdenv.cc.bintools instead of binutils directly
One should do this when needed executables at build time. It is more
honest and cross-friendly than refering to binutils directly.
