55cf30623f split fill-disk into prepare-disk (preparing the RAM disk and finding the
CD player and everything) and install-disk (installing everything)

bc3ffa3458 get NixOS more towards an installable state. Stuff now actually gets installed on the disk itself. Missing is functionality to detect the right drive with
the install CD in it.

c785eeaaec add stubs for creation of the installer via Nix expressions, similar to the
bootscripts and initscripts. This will mean lots of cruft from the current
fill-disk.sh can be removed.

1e87e75d07 * Use sysvinit's init to start the system. This has the happy
side-effect of initialising the console properly (i.e., enabling
  Ctrl-[C, Z]).
