The problem is that there is a stdenv.cc.cc.isGNU but no corresponding
stdenv.cc.cc.isClang. The "correct" fix would be to add
stdenv.cc.cc.isClang but this is simpler.
This patch fixes compilation errors when using ccache wrapper:
