* treewide: http -> https sources
This updates the source urls of all top-level packages from http to
https where possible.
* buildtorrent: fix url and tab -> spaces
ladspa.org has been down for a feew weeks, and I couldn't find info on a
cause or a solution.
Closes#12640.
