treewide: Lots of meta.hydraPlatforms -> meta.platforms
...
In all of these files, there is no meta.platforms but only
meta.hydraPlatforms, which doesn't seem to have any purpose except being
inconsistent.

atool's configure script uses bashizm
...

This results in an error:
