This patch keeps the warnings. But I think it is useful to have a sanely working
version in nixpkgs, even if it is still considered insecure, just to follow the
upstream development by actually running it instead of reading the log.

The mime.types file shipped with neomutt is pretty basic so we use the one put
together by Gentoo from a dedicated mime-types derivation as it vastly improves
the handling of attachments.
Neomutt will by default look for /etc/mime.types which isn't present in order to
map file extensions to mime types.
If this file isn't found, and a message has a png attached with
application/octet-stream mime type, neomutt will not know what to do with it.
- neomutt has changed the binary name so we enable "mutt" via a wrapper script
with a warning
- we don't have to manually run the prepare.sh script as autoreconfHook handles
everything for us
- doc generation was previously trying to fetch DTDs from the net
This release in a RC for gnupg-2.2. The main difference as far as
nixpkgs is concerned is that the binary `gpg2` is now called `gpg` and
`gpgv2` is called `gpgv`.
This update fixed all explicit use of `gpg2` and `gpgv2` across nixpkgs,
but there might be some packaged software that internally use `gpg2`
not handeled by this commit.

Upgraded astroid to 0.8 and uses the upstream changes to properly
propagate environment without a patch. Note that this still uses an
unsupported version of webkitgtk and thus will fail to build, but if
allow webkitgtk to install, astroid will run.

Astroid was unable to run in a pure environment because it couldn't find
the necessary icons. This fixes that issue, and was tested with
`nix-shell --pure`

Furthermore, it renames pythonPackages.dbus to pythonPackages.dbus-
python as that's the name upstream uses.
There is a small rebuild but I couldn't figure out the actual cause.
Commit 4a54794d18 upgraded Thunderbird's
version to 38.6.0 (accidentally?), but didn't change the hash. This
wasn't caught due to tarballs.nixos.org being keyed on hash only.

Adds support for shared-mime-info to Claws, to fix attachments in
outgoing messages always having MIME type application/octet-stream
because Claws doesn't know where to look, instead complaining:
/nix/store/...-claws-mail-3.11.1/etc/mime.types: fopen: No such file or directory
Moreover, Claws relies on incoming MIME types for knowing when e.g. to
display an attached image, so sending application/octet-stream
unnecessarily is bad.
Tested against release-15.09.
This seems to have been confusing people, using both xlibs and xorg, etc.
- Avoided renaming local (and different) xlibs binding in gcc*.
- Fixed cases where both xorg and xlibs were used.
Hopefully everything still works as before.
