exiv2: clean up 
- EXIV2_BUILD_PO has been replaced by EXIV2_ENABLE_NLS

  Confusingly, the former still appears in the flag summary.
- Remove enableParallelBuilding since it is on by default with CMake
- Reorder the expression
- Apply upstream GNUInstallDirs patch
- Build stuff in build phase, not in install phase
- Add maintainers field (empty at the moment)

8e4e38cdcd octave: Fix libtool framework link failure on Darwin 
This fix moves linker flags of the form `-framework foo` from dependency_libs to
inherited_linker_flags, since libtool doesn't understand them.  See #96977 for
details.

e10228defa suitesparse: remove custom fixDarwinDylibNames postInstall 
This shadows the regular fixDarwinDylibNames function, which is a
nativeBuildInput, and prevents it from converting some relative paths to
absolute.  According to the comment this can be removed as of 5.7.2.

79921889a0 treewide: convert patch series files to Nix expressions 
Nix expressions provide all the features that Quilt series files have,
so using those instead is pointless. Also, lib.readPathsFromFile
(the function used to read series files) has the following warning:

> NOTE: This function is not performant and should be avoided.

This also removes some orphaned series files, and unused references to
copyPathsToStore (which were probably missed in previous commits
where calls to lib.readPathsFromFile were removed)

b935375bec
gts: Fix cross compilation 
gts generate binaries during the build process that are used during the
build process. When building cross-platform, these binaries are not
executable as they are built with for the target platform instead of the
host platform. The boostrap build introduced here will first build gts
natively and then cross-platform, using the native binaries in the
cross-build.

glibmm: Add glib to nativeBuildInputs

p11-kit: Add libtasn1 to nativeBuildInputs 
For cross platform builds, p11-kit, libtasn1 in nativeBuildInputs
provides the asn1Parser binary on the hostPlatform needed for building.
At the same time, libtasn1 in buildInputs provides the libasn1 library
to link against for the target platform.
Hence, libtasn1 is required in both native and build inputs.

fontconfig: get rid of rest of versioned configs 
The incompatibility does not seem to exist any more: programs linked against fc 2.12
on fc 2.14 system seem to at least display text, even while printing tons of errors
(as long as you generate fc cache manually), and same thing the other way around.
Hopefully it will not be an issue in the future.

Turns out lot of software (including Chromium) use bundled fontconfig
so we either need to wrap every one of those, or re-introduce the global
unversioned config. The latter is easier but weakens hermetic configs.

But perhaps those are not really worth the effort. Given that programs
linked against fc 2.12.6 on fc 2.13.92 system seem to at least display text,
even while printing tons of errors (as long as you generate fc cache manually),
and same thing the other way around, hopefully it will not be an issue in the future.

We give up on the hermetic configs in exchange for getting rid of lot of complexity.

ed950bb104 cudnn: skip libcudnn_cnn_infer.so, instead of removing 
This is needed to build the CUDNN samples, so we should make sure it
winds up in $out/lib. The library is too big to support patchelf, so
we need to skip it. Most programs will still get the opengl path
because it also links to other libraries.
