1692e2cbb5 vscode/vscodium: split update scripts 
Split up the vscode update.sh into separate vscode/vscodium update
scripts. Recently the versions of vscode and vscodium have diverged (see
VSCodium/vscodium#501), meaning that the updates for one package fail
while the other succeeds. This PR splits up the update scripts so that
one can be run with out the other and vice-versa.

The -B flag to gcc (and libgccjit) allows us to specify where it can
find things it needs to correctly compile code (both programs and
libraries) without adjusting any environmental flags: So, no need to
wrap the program for a PATH entry containing binutils, and no need to
explicitly pass a linker path anymore.

3384837123 emacs: Use stdenv's bintools instead of clang 
This way, we don't have to drag clang or binutils/binutils-wrapped
into the emacs closure, and can instead rely on using the correct one
for the platform we're running on.

This is the portable way to address the system-appropriate libc,

a891ae41b3 emacs: Set native-comp library path as linker flags instead 
Since Darwin's linker does not understand LIBRARY_PATH, we have to set
the library path as explicit linker flags: This requires a very recent
feature/native-comp emacs revision, but it runs on Darwin and
correctly compiles files at runtime.

0d15ea9500 emacs: Use stdenv.libc instead of .glibc 
The latter doesn't exist on Darwin (and, presumably, other targets as
well). This change allows emacsGcc from emacs-overlay to attempt to
build where previously, the derivation would error out.

Cleanups:
- Removed unneeded neovim.meta.description reset.
- Remove unnecessary -x checks in `postBuild`.
- Use a ${placeholder "out"} if needed.

Changes:
- Switch to symlinkJoin, so e.g manpages link to the environment (#87929).
- Use nvim-node from $out/bin/ just like all other providers.
- Compute all arguments to makeWrapper in pure Nix "before" `postBuild`.
- Prevent double wrapping in case `configure != {}` and rplugin.vim
  needs to be generated.

d0677e6d45 treewide: add warning comment to “boot” packages 
This adds a warning to the top of each “boot” package that reads:

  Note: this package is used for bootstrapping fetchurl, and thus cannot
  use fetchpatch! All mutable patches (generated by GitHub or cgit) that
  are needed here should be included directly in Nixpkgs as files.

This makes it clear to maintainer that they may need to treat this
package a little differently than others. Importantly, we can’t use
fetchpatch here due to using <nix/fetchurl.nix>. To avoid having stale
hashes, we need to include patches that are subject to changing
overtime (for instance, gitweb’s patches contain a version number at
the bottom).

Rebuild on Hydra seems OK-ish.
mongodb.nix needed some conflict resolution (scons versions);
all four versions seem to build fine.

sublime3{,-dev}: fix updateScript 
The HTML page changed and the update script was no longer finding the latest version.
I changed it to query for the latest version using dedicated URL:

https://forum.sublimetext.com/t/fixed-download-url-for-latest-version/23763/7

Also terminated the update sooner if we detect no update available.
update-source-version handles that normally but we are cleaning the version
so that we can update both platforms at the same time.

gnvim: fix build 
When running the default builder for Rust, the artifacts would be stored
in `target/<arch>/<profile>`, however the `install`-target expects the
default structure (`target/<profile>`) of `cargo`-builds.

When using the Makefile for building as well, the expected structure is
created instead.

c54d37598a Set upstream to https://github.com/ibara/mg 
As per reasonable suggestion, instead of extensively patching the
hboetes version of mg to work on MacOS using bits from ibara's mg,
just set upstream to ibara's mg.

This also removes the dependency on libbsd, although I'm not sure
if this is a good or bad thing.

ee28064389 macvim: Clean up hybrid compilation environment 
MacVim compiles the Vim part using `/usr/bin/clang` and the GUI part
using Xcode. The Xcode portion always uses Xcode's own SDK and we have
no workable alternative. The Vim portion so far has been compiling using
a hybrid compilation environment, where it uses the SDK for most stuff
but picks up a bunch of library linker paths (including libSystem) by
virtue of Ruby's LDFLAGS. This hybrid compilation environment meant that
if the SDK headers referenced a symbol that the library itself didn't
have, this could produce link errors.

Previously we attempted to fix this by synthesizing an include path that
contained just the one header from Nix's Libsystem that referenced the
missing symbol, to get rid of the reference and allow linking to work
again, but this was very hacky and runs the risk of future Xcode SDK
changes producing the same errors with different headers, or of future
SDK versions expecting the intercepted header to contain a definition
that Nix's doesn't.

This new approach is to just clean up the compilation environment such
that the Vim portion is compiling against the Xcode SDK as well, by
sanitizing the LDFLAGS produced by the configure script so it stops
referencing Nix's versions of OS libraries. This means the resulting Vim
binary no longer depends at runtime on Nix for anything except the
scripting language support, but that's how it's been for the MacVim
binary all along anyway, and this approach should keep us insulated
against future Xcode SDK changes.
