+    Fix gcc v6 compile failures.
+    
+     * Use std::hash<const char*> over std::hash<char *>, as throwing away the const is not allowed.
+     * Use Hash::hash by default in CDMap over std::hash, to get Hash::hash<CVC3::expr>
