gatk : init at 4.2.6.1
GATK is the industry standard for genetics analysis, more precisely for identifying SNPs and indels in germline DNA and RNAseq data . This package does not ship the Spark version. Apply suggestions from code review Co-authored-by: Sandro <sandro.jaeckel@gmail.com>
