Remove broken node packages

* Remove broken upstream packages and packages that do not exist
  anymore.
* Add eslint.

Building node-packages-generated.nix with the latest npm2nix did not
work, I had to update a dependency in npm2nix to resolve the issue, see
https://github.com/NixOS/npm2nix/pull/37
