extended xelatex commands with makeindex

> latexmk -xelatex -g thesis.tex
> makeindex thesis.nlo -s nomencl.ist -o thesis.nls
> latexmk -xelatex -g thesis.tex

This ensures that the nomenclature is included if defined, latexmk is not capable of doing so unless hacked
